In case you need to recover your password, you must go to the login section.
Then you must click on "Forgot password?" and an option will open where you will be able to enter the email address you used to create your MakeRemotely.com account.
You will then receive an email with a 6-digit numerical code at the email address you entered in the previous step.
Now you only have to copy and paste the code in the password recovery stage, if the system confirms that the code is correct, you will be able to select a new password and login normally.

To activate the 2-factor authentication you must navigate to Settings > Password & Security
In this section you will find 2 authentication options which you can activate to increase the security of your account:

If you select this type of authentication an option will open to scan a QR code to link the application previously installed on your devices.
After completing the process of linking your app for authentication, every time you log in to your account you will need to enter the security code that will be generated in the app.

Every time you identify a system bug or any limitation of the platform, you can open a support ticket, which will be evaluated by our team in order to answer you as soon as possible.
To do this you must enter the "User Menu" located at the top right of the screen and select the "Support" option.
At this stage you should tell us what happened and preferably add some evidence (such as screenshots, videos, etc.). When you send the request you will immediately receive an email informing you that the ticket has been opened and the tracking code.
